Dr. Keith Helton started One to One Health in 2013 at the request of a patient who needed help. The decision was motivated by passion, not profit.

Wellness
Facing rising costs and patient dissatisfaction, Sumner County’s government and board of education partnered with One to One Health to find a solution for their five employee clinics. By providing exceptional health and wellness resources, we reduced annual health care expenses—and delivered the following services:
- 87% of members on the Wellness Plan engaged the onsite clinic
- Annual wellness exam compliance increased from 39% in 2017 to 86% in 2021
- Mammogram compliance increased from 39% in 2017 to 86% in 2021
- Overall, Wellness Plan members were almost $2,000 more cost-efficient PMPY than Standard Plan members—and their risk improved so that their future risk is now lower than their current risk in 2017
