TextCare is available to all eligible employees and members of their households, from infancy through adulthood. The service is employer-funded, meaning there is no cost to you or your family members for using TextCare. While prescriptions, labs, imaging, and in-person care may have associated costs based on your insurance, the TextCare service itself is completely free to use as often as you need.
Getting started is simple. Once your employer activates TextCare, you’ll receive a welcome text and email with your dedicated TextCare number and app link. Simply save this number in your contacts or download the app and message whenever you need care. During your first interaction, you’ll be asked to complete a brief health history form that takes just a few minutes. After that, you can message for any healthcare need, 24/7, and receive a response within minutes from your care team.
