Jen is a primary care provider at One to One Health’s Riverfront Clinic and a Chattanooga local. She joined in 2020, initially supporting Hamilton County School families through EdHealth clinics. A Magna Cum Laude graduate from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences University with a master’s in physician assistant studies, Jen previously worked as a CT/X-ray technologist for ten years.

Catherine graduated summa cum laude with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She brings 6 years of experience from Chattanooga’s largest hospital ER trauma and stroke department. Born in Uruguay, her multicultural background and Spanish fluency help bridge language barriers. Catherine is passionate about empowering patients to take charge of their health. Outside work, she enjoys outdoor activities and time with her husband and four pets.

Jake Calella is a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) who graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine. With a background in emergency and urgent care, he now focuses on primary care. Jake has served as adjunct faculty at Vanderbilt University, mentoring future healthcare professionals. A Chattanooga local, he enjoys family adventures with his wife and three daughters, plus running, backpacking, and skiing.

Wendy is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with over a decade of experience across primary care, geriatrics, emergency medicine, neurosurgery, and hospice. She graduated summa cum laude from Southern Adventist University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Outside work, Wendy enjoys reading, hiking, gardening, and adventures with her husband and two children. She’s passionate about building patient connections and helping you achieve your health goals.

James is an Emory University graduate with over a decade of experience as a Physician Assistant specializing in Urgent/Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, and Vascular Surgery. Before becoming a PA, he served as an EMT in Chattanooga, TN. James focuses on delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.

Erin graduated summa cum laude in 2019 with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Her background includes ICU experience at a local hospital and service at a walk-in clinic, where she developed expertise in both critical care and fast-paced environments. She’s committed to helping patients achieve their health goals.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate from King University with a Master of Science in Nursing (2018), Shae is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience. Her background includes surgical services, orthopedics, and labor and delivery, with the last five years focused on primary care.

Julie is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience ranging from ICU to primary care. She enjoys running, outdoor activities, and beach time, while sharing her passion for health and wellness.

Gabby is a certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) with experience in Pediatrics, Family Medicine, and Urgent Care. A Nova Southeastern University graduate, she’s passionate about empowering patients with knowledge to improve their health and wellness. Known for her friendly approach and strong patient relationships, Gabby enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband and their black lab, with a goal to visit as many national parks as possible.

Viktoriya is a Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina. Her diverse background spans multiple critical care settings—cardiac, medical, surgical, and trauma ICU—treating both adults and children. Before joining One to One Health TextCare, she practiced in a pediatric office. Viktoriya is committed to providing personalized, attentive healthcare to her patients.

Adria is a Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2013. Starting her career in 2000 in the Medical Intensive Care Unit, she later gained experience in surgery and recovery before working in Primary Care, Orthopedics, and Urgent Care. She focuses on building strong patient relationships to support better health outcomes. Outside work, she enjoys time with her family and their Boston Terrier, Brownie Girl.
